IT Product Manager (Automotive Finance)

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with two days per week in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday

What you will do

• Translate Dealer Originations strategy into product capability and enhancement roadmaps.
• Lead initiative backlogs and prioritize work across teams, channels, and customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate continuous and on-time delivery while identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Research performance, delivery, and operational issues to identify optimization opportunities.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and influence product strategy and change adoption.
• Lead and support direct-report team members implementing the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile team.
• Deep understanding of product management, software product lifecycle, roadmapping, and Agile methodologies.
• Agile certification required.
• Experience collaborating with delivery teams, business stakeholders, project managers, and developers.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience required.
