Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with product teams across hirify.global to understand needs and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
• Work hands-on with complex technical challenges across different product areas.
• Build and improve shared platforms, tools, and reusable components.
• Explore and apply AI, cloud, edge computing, and real-time systems.
• Enable teams to adopt modern technologies, platforms, and engineering practices in real product environments.
• Influence technical direction, platform strategy, and new ways of working.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software or systems engineering in complex product or technology environments.
• Experience designing, building, or evolving technical solutions used by others.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD, automation, platform engineering, or distributed systems.
• Ability to break down complex problems, work through ambiguity, and provide clear direction.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to balance hands-on engineering with long-term enablement.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
