AI Platform Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and build the technical layer of the internal AI platform, from integration surfaces to production runbooks.
• Own the governed integration gateway, managing authentication flows, reliability, and vendor escalations.
• Develop internal tooling including agent scaffolding, evaluation harnesses, and provisioning automation.
• Configure and operate tiered spend controls and technical policy enforcement for data handling and model eligibility.
• Collaborate directly with internal teams to unblock workflows and provide technical enablement through deep dives and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the listed eligible countries.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS administration at scale (1,000+ seats), ideally with AI or LLM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship software using Python or a comparable language.
• Working knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, OAuth, SCIM, SSO).
• Familiarity with LLM and SaaS APIs, including agent and tool-calling architectures.
• Strong operational discipline with experience in SLAs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience standing up internal developer or AI platforms.
• Exposure to FinOps or software asset management practices.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Experience with audit and evidence work in regulated financial services.
