Product Manager Enterprise Integrations (API)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Salary: $147,050–$230,850 USD annually, plus potential bonus and/or equity for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Define and drive an enterprise API productization strategy, turning point solutions into reusable and discoverable products.
• Establish integration patterns that unify platform, SaaS, and custom-built APIs across the enterprise.
• Partner with Data teams to expose data products through standardized APIs and align API strategy with data governance.
• Develop AI-first APIs that support agents, automation, composable workflows, and improved developer productivity.
• Define API governance, lifecycle standards, quality gates, metadata, classification, and maturity frameworks.
• Deliver an enterprise API roadmap, centralized catalog, scalable reference architectures, and a transition plan from Integration Fabric to Intelligence Fabric.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including deep experience with APIs, integration platforms, or data platforms.
• Proven experience building platform products at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of API design, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with event-driven, REST, GraphQL, streaming, SaaS, platform ecosystems, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience transforming fragmented integration landscapes into scalable, reusable products.
• Ability to influence engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
