Engineering Manager (Platform)

What you will do

• Lead complex technical projects for the Provisioning platform and deliver roadmap initiatives.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers, supporting career growth and team effectiveness.
• Develop and extend the platform used to provision internal development and test environments across more than 200 Kubernetes clusters.
• Understand internal users’ needs and impediments, identify solutions, and measure impact through collected data.
• Contribute to platform vision, strategy, engineering-wide initiatives, recruitment, and team processes.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on technical work.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience in platform teams.
• Experience with cloud-native environments and modern technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Golang, or Python.
• Technical background suitable for driving engineering decisions, combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience developing platforms or tools used by other engineers internally or externally.
• Ability to work with high responsibility and autonomy and adapt the Engineering Manager role to changing team needs.
