What you will do

• Monitor workflow and act as a liaison between the assigned center of excellence unit and management.
• Train, coach, onboard, and approve the work of assigned team members.
• Manage exceptions, investigate escalations, and resolve routine internal and external customer issues.
• Complete production, productivity, and reconciliation reporting, including general ledger reconciliation where required.
• Maintain team procedures and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence.
• Support process improvement initiatives, special projects, risk controls, and audit remediation.

Requirements

• Must work in Amherst, New York, United States of America.
• At least four years of higher education and/or work experience.
• Work leadership experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software relevant to the assigned team.
• Understanding of systems, documents, and procedures in the assigned area.
