Commercial Loan Services Specialist 2 (Commercial Banking)

Location: Dallas, TX; office-based and not open for remote work

What you will do

• Board financial data for commercial loans into the AFS system through Velocity and CLOS.
• Set up loans received from Commercial and Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, Private Client Group, Private Equity Group, Auto Finance, Asset Based Lending, and Special Assets.
• Read and interpret complex legal documentation, underwriting analysis, and loan terms and conditions.
• Follow bank credit, compliance, risk, service-level, and quality requirements.
• Cross-train on other team functions and support Loan Closers, ARA representatives, Loan Administrators, and Relationship and Portfolio Managers.
• Collaborate with the Business Loan Center, Legal, Segment Risk, and Credit Administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a financial-services-related position.
• Commercial loan documentation experience.
• Ability to make independent decisions, solve problems, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in bank operations.
• Knowledge of financial transactions.
• Ability to interpret underwriting analysis, terms, and conditions.
