Junior PMT Engineer

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for project teams and Configuration Managers using 3DEXPERIENCE, JAMA, Jira, and similar tools.
• Troubleshoot user issues, workflow bottlenecks, and system access requests across engineering programs.
• Provision licenses, configure permissions, create collaborative spaces, and support software deployment requests.
• Track tool usage and license availability across company entities.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, onboarding modules, SOPs, and workflow templates.
• Support onboarding sessions and perform basic data cleanliness and workspace compliance audits.

Requirements

• Degree in aerospace, mechanical, systems, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience in engineering support, tools administration, or systems engineering, including internships or working-student experience.
• Familiarity with or strong willingness to learn 3DEXPERIENCE, JAMA, Jira, or similar PLM and requirements platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate architectural guidance into practical operations.
• Collaborative, confident problem-solving approach with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams.
• CV must be submitted in English.
