Product Management Director (Enterprise Security)

Location: Remote – United States

Salary: $170,000–$240,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Own the lifecycle of the Protect, Connect, and Watch services portfolio from definition and launch through measurement, improvement, and retirement.
• Identify portfolio gaps and growth opportunities using customer demand, sales feedback, win/loss insights, and delivery experience.
• Develop business cases for new or materially changed offers, balancing customer value, revenue, margin, and delivery feasibility.
• Lead go-to-market activities, sales enablement, cross-selling, and adoption across global large and enterprise B2B customers.
• Define and track bookings, revenue, attach rate, deal cycle time, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives through influence, governance, and alignment without direct authority.

Requirements

• 8+ years of expertise in enterprise security, vulnerability management, application and database security, security hardening, and zero-day mitigation in on-premise Oracle and SAP environments.
• Experience with runtime security, MFA, WAF, IPS, DLP, GRC capabilities, and vulnerability mitigation beyond patch management.
• 5+ years of Product Management or Services Management experience serving large and enterprise B2B customers globally.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct people-management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and operational rigor, including defining performance metrics and driving measurable improvement.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and create structure.
