Senior Director of Product Management (Endpoint Security & XDR)

Location: United States. The role is distributed by design and requires regular travel to customers, industry events, and tradeshows.

Salary: $199,700–$315,900 USD annual base salary. In Seattle, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City Metro Area, the range is $239,800–$379,300 USD.

What you will do

• Lead business-driven OKRs for the Endpoint Security & XDR line, including revenue contribution, competitive win rate, platform attach, retention, and expansion.
• Set product strategy and represent the business with sales leadership, customers, analysts, and industry stakeholders.
• Define the endpoint strategy for AI-driven and autonomous prevention, detection, and response while aligning with SIEM and analytics.
• Shape investment priorities using customer evidence, win/loss data, and market signals.
• Connect endpoint and XDR capabilities to the broader hirify.global Security platform and support customer expansion.
• Partner with engineering as a shared business pair and lead and develop a team of product managers.

Requirements

• Business expertise running a security product line or business unit, including revenue, win rates, retention, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning.
• Deep endpoint security credibility across EPP, EDR, and XDR, with enough technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and practitioners.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams, enabling sellers, supporting deals, and participating in customer engagements.
• Evidence-based decision-making and strong executive communication with leadership, CISOs, sales leaders, and industry analysts.
• Must be based in the United States for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience at endpoint-focused security vendors and scaling a security business from several hundred million dollars toward $1B.
• Familiarity with AV-Comparatives and MITRE ATT&CK evaluations and open security work.
• Experience with regulated industries, classified networks, air-gapped environments, or OT deployments.
• Experience with AI and agentic endpoint capabilities, open source, or the security community.
