What you will do

• Execute and monitor the timely settlement of high-value FX transactions, including Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Options, and NDFs.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal ledgers, clearing platforms, and custodian accounts.
• Investigate and resolve trade matching, confirmation, and settlement discrepancies with Trading, Sales, Middle Office, counterparties, and custodian banks.
• Apply internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit policies to mitigate operational risk.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to design, test, and implement process and automation improvements that increase Straight-Through Processing.
• Analyze settlement KPIs, fail trends, and counterparty behavior to recommend data-driven risk mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant financial services experience, including exposure to FX operations, trade settlements, or cash management.
• Understanding of FX products and the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Familiarity with global payment infrastructure, SWIFT messaging standards, and CLS operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excel proficiency is required; experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL is desirable.
