Global Feasibility Specialist (Clinical Trials)

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Salary: PLN 151,200–280,700 annually

What you will do

• Maintain accurate clinical trial data in CTMS and support clinical systems users.
• Research and analyze data to identify potential sites that meet study criteria and objectives.
• Set up feasibility launches, create questionnaires, and coordinate site-level outreach.
• Track feasibility responses, enter data, and report findings to internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and issues across in-house and outsourced feasibility studies.
• Support enrollment forecasting and discuss scenarios with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or allied health field, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial conduct and processes, or 2+ years of feasibility or recruitment experience.
• Experience with trial optimization vendors, tools, and methods.
• Experience working across multiple rare disease therapeutic areas.
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Highly proficient in Excel and able to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
