Supervisor, Value Added Services (VAS)

Location: Canada Distribution Center - Freemont, 6155 Freemont Blvd, Mississauga, Canada

Salary: $87,000–$95,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the Value Added Services area and oversee promotional assembly activities, pallet display programs, quarantine notices, and customer returns.
• Manage inbound materials, material-handling supplies, receipts, preferred suppliers, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Digital Teams, Finance, and external partners on program execution, timelines, and costing.
• Audit inventory movements and control count accuracy, storage locations, and work progress.
• Provide logistics metrics, determine labour requirements, track labour spending, and prepare costing estimates using time studies.
• Develop efficient work methods, maintain accurate biometric time records, and ensure compliance with safety standards and Ontario occupational health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma or degree.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience; co-pack assembly experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience managing staff and temporary labour pools.
• Experience with labour costing and time studies.
• Strong Excel skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and work toward established deadlines.
