Consumer Communications & New Media Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, producers, podcasters, Substackers, live show hosts, and new media creators.
• Pitch hirify.global stories and secure reviews, guest appearances, interviews, newsletter features, and live show segments.
• Manage inbound media requests and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Develop new media partnerships that expand hirify.global’s consumer reach.
• Write and edit pitches, briefing documents, talking points, and Q&A preparation materials.
• Monitor media coverage and sentiment, identify risks and opportunities, collaborate with legal and compliance, and represent hirify.global in interviews when needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or new media and creator relations.
• Demonstrated relationships with reporters, podcasters, Substackers, live show hosts, and other new media creators.
• Excellent writing and pitching skills, with the ability to turn company features into compelling stories.
• Comfort working across live shows, podcasts, informal media formats, and traditional press.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong execution skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
