What you will do

• Lead global PR planning with the agency hub, aligning forecasts, budgets, resources and priorities.
• Coordinate measurement and reporting with the measurement lead to support strategic decisions.
• Manage suppliers, commercial arrangements, financial tracking and inbound priorities with Procurement and Finance.
• Lead strategic PR initiatives and special projects supporting the Awareness strategy and Big Bet activity.
• Improve PR operations through tools and technology including Tableau, ThoughtSpot, AI and the Product Ops model.
• Develop playbooks and consistent processes across 23 markets while managing and developing a PR Coordinator.

Requirements

• Experience operating in complex, international communications or PR environments.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with detailed operational execution.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders, market teams, agencies and cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing global agency relationships and accountability for delivery.
• Comfort working with budgets, forecasting, suppliers, Procurement and Finance.
• Interest in measurement, dashboards, AI and tools that improve PR operations and decision-making.
