Operations Engineer, Intern (Technical Operations)

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil; hybrid with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite. A work-from-abroad policy allows remote work for up to 30 additional days per year.

What you will do

• Provide Level 1 technical support and resolve user issues across the platform's products, processes, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate with Engineering and other Operations teams.
• Monitor systems and dashboards using the platform's monitoring tools.
• Analyse and improve support documentation, processes, and the overall user support experience.
• Build relationships with users and provide white-glove support through email, Slack, and occasionally phone.
• Work rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends.

Requirements

• Problem-solving mindset, curiosity about systems, monitoring, and modern tooling.
• Security awareness in operational contexts.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude and adaptability.
• Willingness to join a 24/7 shift rotation covering weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience with DataDog and Grafana monitoring tools.
• Basic knowledge of BigQuery and AWS Cloud.
