TL;DR

Sustainment Analyst (Supply Chain Software): Diagnosing and resolving advanced application and infrastructure issues for supply chain software customers with an accent on root-cause analysis, technical support, and system reliability. Focus on investigating incidents, testing permanent solutions, interpreting code, and collaborating with engineering teams to maintain critical business systems.

Location: Blumenau, Brazil; remote position

What you will do

Provide technical support to users by phone, email, and support tickets.
Analyze incidents and problems in depth, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
Consult documentation and other information sources while simulating and testing issues in customer environments.
Prepare training content and educational materials and share knowledge with colleagues.
Manage or support service levels agreed with customers.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the reliability and performance of business systems.

Requirements

English and/or Spanish proficiency; the resume must be submitted in English.
At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support.
Bachelor's degree completed or in the final year in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Intermediate knowledge of databases, Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and programming logic.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, customer service, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to independently manage tasks and interpret and analyze code.

Nice to have

Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management solutions, and Warehouse Management Systems.
Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages.
Experience with operating systems and computer networking.
Experience with the Körber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications.
