What you will do

• Conduct due diligence, business analysis, market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and fundamental valuation.
• Develop and refine investment theses across secured debt, minority common equity, and other capital structures.
• Participate in structuring, negotiating, and documenting investments.
• Present and defend investment theses to internal stakeholders and investment committees.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments and originate new investment ideas.
• Build relationships with financial sponsors, management teams, founders, advisors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or principal investing.
• Bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong quantitative, financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for investing and interest in complex credit and equity investments.
• Excellent MS Excel skills and knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, form judgments, manage detail, and adapt to varied industries and businesses.
