What you will do

• Develop and execute short- and long-term agency distribution strategies to drive growth, productivity, and profitability.
• Expand profitable distribution across personal and commercial insurance products through agencies, brokers, life agents, and other face-to-face sales channels.
• Partner with business lines to define market strategies, improve the customer and agent value proposition, and achieve growth objectives.
• Recruit, activate, develop, and retain producers while using market intelligence, data, and feedback to improve sales and renewal performance.
• Lead technology adoption, producer automation, operational efficiency, and agency business standards.
• Manage team collaboration across business development, recruitment, training, compliance, communications, and servicing support.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in agency distribution, financial management, analysis, and profitability reporting.
• Strong business strategy, business analysis, execution, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, sales revenue, direct and indirect expenses, and portfolio or remediation activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of competitor and best-in-class capabilities, with the ability to prioritize meaningful results.
• Insurance or financial institution experience is highly desired.
