Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week
Salary: $150,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide clinical pharmacy services and comprehensive patient care for outpatient breast oncology patients.
- Counsel patients and caregivers starting intravenous or oral antineoplastic therapy, including participation in oral anticancer education.
- Perform clinical assessments, adherence and toxicity checks, medication reviews, and chemotherapy order verification.
- Provide evidence-based recommendations on treatment plans, supportive care, dose adjustments, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Lead or support clinical, administrative, educational, quality improvement, research, and mentoring activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy college.
- PGY2 residency in the specialty plus 2 years of clinical specialist experience, PGY1 residency plus 5 years of experience, or 7 years of clinical specialist experience.
- Current license to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Board certification in the relevant specialty area.
- Ability to assess therapeutic appropriateness, resolve complex medication problems, provide drug information, and communicate effectively with patients and care teams.
- For CDTM practice, maintain applicable continuing education credits, NPI, MCSR, and DEA registration.
