What you will do

  • Lead clinical study teams within global late-development oncology programs for prostate cancer.
  • Oversee study start-up, protocol execution, recruitment, medical monitoring, data review, and study reporting.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Writing, and other functional partners.
  • Lead or co-lead development of protocols, informed consent forms, eCRFs, study manuals, clinical study reports, and regulatory submission documents.
  • Support NDA/MAA preparation, health-authority responses, medical publications, investigator meetings, advisory boards, and interactions with clinical investigators and key opinion leaders.
  • Mentor project scientists and provide scientific and medical leadership in a matrix organization.

Requirements

  • Advanced medical degree, such as an M.D. or equivalent.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible uro-oncology or oncology training is strongly preferred.
  • Completed relevant post-doctoral fellowship training.
  • At least 3 years of relevant urology or oncology clinical research experience.
  • Strong knowledge of basic and clinical cancer research and its application to cancer drug development.
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
