Collateral and Margin Analyst (Collateral Management)

What you will do

• Oversee issuance, bookings, and control processes across the collateral management team.
• Monitor derivative and securities financing portfolios to help mitigate counterparty credit risk.
• Resolve and escalate client disputes, regulatory queries, and collateral-related issues.
• Support client onboarding, collateral optimization, portfolio reconciliations, and margin call processing.
• Manage monthly interest and coupon settlements and perform operational control functions.
• Collaborate with Credit, Sales, Trading, Legal, Settlements, Treasury, and other Operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in collateral management or derivatives.
• Strong problem-solving, investigation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or the ability to learn macros and advanced functions.
• Exposure to portfolio reconciliations and margin call processing is advantageous.
