Location: New York, NY — 300 Madison Ave, Floor 8. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually for the New York market, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Incentive compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Build detailed financial models and prepare analysis for financing needs, transaction opportunities, and advisory assignments.
• Support senior bankers with live mandates from early-stage evaluation through transaction execution.
• Conduct industry, company, comparative, and market research across sports, media, entertainment, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Prepare client proposals, pitch materials, and presentation content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on reviews, proposals, and tailored financing solutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, transaction advisory, or a related financial analysis environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, financial statement analysis, credit analysis, and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Legal eligibility to work in New York, NY; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

• Experience in or demonstrated interest in the business and economics of sports, media, entertainment, infrastructure, or related sectors.
