Early Career Intern ETF Product

Location: New York, New York, United States; at least four full days per week must be worked in an hirify.global office

What you will do

• Research and analyze ETF products, markets, and outlooks.
• Analyze the competitive ETF landscape and identify relevant trends.
• Provide analytical support to Product Strategists and internal sales teams.
• Prepare internal reports, summarize findings, and identify trends for senior leaders.
• Coordinate data analysis with index providers to support new product ideas.
• Contribute to U.S. ETF launches, product updates, and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program as a junior graduating by summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions, and PowerPoint.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems systematically.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in an hirify.global office where the program is available.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with R, Python, or VBA.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of AI applications such as chatbots or predictive analytics.
