Salary: $20.00–$35.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Develop an understanding of capital frameworks and their effects on asset allocation and business strategies.
• Support data and technology initiatives involving capital-related databases.
• Build interactive capital dashboards that improve transparency, analysis, and decision support for senior leadership.
• Learn about Finance and Risk functions, Guardian’s products, services, purpose, and values.
• Collaborate with leaders, mentors, team members, and other interns while building a professional network.
• Analyze data, facts, and other information and ask informed questions.

Requirements

• Must be a current junior graduating in May 2028.
• Must be available for the full internship program from May 27 through August 6, 2027.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
• Interest in Finance and Risk and willingness to learn about different functions and career paths.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
