2027 Service Delivery Summer Internship (Financial Services)

Location: Boston, United States; daily in-office presence required

Salary: $25 per hour plus a sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Support Investor Services Service Delivery across operations and global client service.
• Process high-volume financial transactions accurately and meet critical deadlines.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, escalate findings, and help minimize operational risk.
• Communicate with internal and external clients and counterparties to resolve issues and deliver effective service.
• Work with large data sets, identify insights, and contribute to operational and process improvements.
• Collaborate on a high-visibility intern project and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Current college junior entering senior year in Fall 2027.
• Academic background or interest in Business, Innovation and Design, or Project Management.
• GPA of 3.3 or higher and demonstrated leadership through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, creative and strategic thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple deadlines, and analyze business processes.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, basic charts, and pivot tables; interest in generative AI tools.

Nice to have

• Interest in fund accounting, custody operations, global client service, or transformation management.
• Experience working with large quantities of information for analysis.
