Consultant Relations Co-op (Investment Management)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Hourly pay: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Support the Global Consultant Relations Team in maintaining relationships with the consultant community.
• Review and maintain consultant database data, profiles, ESG, DEI, personnel, and strategy narratives.
• Perform monthly and quarterly performance quality control and verify data submitted to consultant databases.
• Run and format holdings and download eVestment profiles.
• Support Salesforce and C360 CRM data integrity and research consultant-authored white papers.
• Prepare materials for in-person meetings, maintain reference documents, and complete special projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate co-op program through a college or university.
• Available for a six-month commitment from January 13 through June 25, 2027, Monday through Friday, for 35–40 hours per week.
• Solid working knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
