Mission Intelligence Analyst

Location: On-site at Sunnyvale HQ, Sunnyvale, California

What you will do

• Monitor security alerts and autonomous machines continuously to support client security and customer service operations.
• Verify alerts, investigate incidents, and prepare daily security activity reports.
• Respond to shift incidents while maintaining consistent response times and clearance rates.
• Identify operational problems and contribute improvements to the Mission Intelligence department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the autonomous security fleet active.

Requirements

• Experience in physical security or a Physical Security Operations Center environment.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Computer and internet proficiency, strong organization, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to cover shifts when needed, including the Monday–Friday 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. shift.
• Customer service experience, attention to detail, and sound judgment when responding to alerts.

Nice to have

• Experience with security operations, CCTV, or security technology environments.
• Prior physical security industry experience.
