Location: Roswell, New Mexico, USA; residence in New Mexico is required. Travel of up to 20% during business hours within the area is required.

Salary: Up to $21.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide case management for SNAP E&T participants preparing for employment and self-sufficiency.
• Maintain accurate participant records, service histories, employment plans, and progress updates in electronic databases.
• Conduct skills, aptitude, and ability assessments, including pre- and post-tests.
• Schedule and lead workshops, webinars, job readiness activities, and learning sessions.
• Provide job coaching, mentoring, and support services to help participants overcome employment barriers and retain work.
• Collaborate with business services, employers, community agencies, and advisory groups to develop career and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field and at least two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent with three years of related experience may be considered.
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, guided learning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to support diverse populations and provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and specialized databases and systems.
• Current valid driver’s license with a low-risk driver rating and automobile liability insurance required.
