• Provide guidance on career planning, job searches, interviews, and career transitions.
• Support professional development and workplace challenges.
• Adapt coaching to different career goals and professional backgrounds.
• Use active listening, questioning, and strong communication skills to provide practical guidance.

Requirements

• Experience in career coaching, career counseling, career advising, professional coaching, or mentoring.
• Hands-on experience with career planning, job searches, interviews, or professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Comfort working remotely and participating in paired conversations.
