Enrollment Representative (Healthcare Education)

Location: Reno, Nevada, USA. Hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday through Thursday. Some campus-based hires may need to report to the designated campus 4–5 days per week.

Salary: $18.70–$33.84 per hour, adjusted based on experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market factors, budget, and responsibilities.

What you will do

• Contact and respond to prospective students by telephone, email, and SMS using an established contact strategy.
• Assess and qualify prospective students through prequalification and interviews.
• Guide applicants through the enrollment process and coordinate with other departments.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships in a high-volume environment.
• Follow university standards and policies while supporting student satisfaction and enrollment goals.
• Host campus events and attend local community events when assigned to a specific campus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a designated home office, or the ability to work at the designated campus 4–5 days per week if hired for a campus-based role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, adapt to change, and learn new information quickly.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
