Trade Compliance Analyst (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Administer and continuously improve the Trade Compliance program in accordance with U.S. import/export laws and internal policies.
• Provide accurate customs clearance instructions to brokers and carriers.
• Evaluate transactions for countries of concern, red flags, and compliance risks.
• Apply U.S. Customs Import and Census Export requirements, including valuation, marking, classification, trade agreements, and special provisions.
• Audit shipments and transactions, maintain records, and manage licenses, aircraft-related documentation, and reports.
• Use DECCS, Snap-R, ACE Portal, and related systems while supporting training and issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with U.S. import and export regulations and procedures, or equivalent education.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR, including CFR Titles 15 and 19 and OFAC requirements.
• Knowledge of Schedule B and Harmonized Tariff classifications.
• Fluent English and strong written, oral, analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida, or Greensboro, North Carolina, in a traditional office environment.
