Director, Credit Recruiter (Credit)

What you will do

• Develop talent acquisition strategies across credit verticals and hiring levels.
• Recruit, assess, and hire talent across the credit business.
• Partner with credit leadership, Human Capital partners, and the Head of Talent Acquisition.
• Manage external recruiting agencies and build external talent relationships.
• Forecast hiring requirements and adapt recruitment strategies across regional and global teams.
• Use recruiting KPIs, reporting, analytics, and data to guide talent decisions and improve processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant recruiting experience supporting a complex, global organization within investments.
• Proven success executing recruiting strategies in a fast-moving, dynamic company.
• Experience managing recruiting agencies and directly sourcing candidates.
• Experience advising hiring managers, influencing senior stakeholders, and building relationships across an organization.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
