Cybersecurity Consulting – EU Practice Lead (Cybersecurity)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, operating model, governance, KPIs, and performance dashboards for the European Cybersecurity Consulting practice.
• Own practice P&L, including revenue, margin, utilization, pricing, investment decisions, pipeline, and capacity scaling.
• Build repeatable cybersecurity consulting offerings, methodologies, frameworks, and a specialist partner ecosystem.
• Act as a cybersecurity advisor and hands-on project manager for complex client engagements covering strategy, risk, architecture, detection and response, incident recovery, and compliance.
• Lead business development, major pursuits, deal negotiations, solution design, commercial planning, and relationships with C-level security and risk stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop diverse teams while collaborating with hirify.global Cyber, Product, RaIS, and global and regional consulting leaders.

Requirements

• Professional cybersecurity experience combined with consulting leadership or equivalent senior management experience.
• Experience building or scaling a cybersecurity consulting practice or major advisory offering with P&L, revenue, or margin ownership.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs and influencing C-level technology, risk, and business leaders.
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy and governance, risk management, security architecture, cloud and application security, identity and access management, threat detection and response, and incident management.
• Knowledge of NIST2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory and industry frameworks.
• Must work from the London office at least 3 days per week.

• Experience in payments, card networks, or digital commerce ecosystems.
• Exposure to fraud and financial crime risk topics.
• Experience working across multiple European countries and regulatory environments.
