TL;DR
Agile Scrum Master (Cybersecurity): Coordinating Scrum and Kanban delivery for cybersecurity programs with an accent on backlog management, sprint ceremonies, cross-team dependencies, and transparent progress reporting. Focus on coaching Agile teams, removing impediments, supporting PI planning, and coordinating delivery across cyber policy, engineering, operations, and penetration testing teams.

What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, team backlogs, new requests, risks, dependencies, and progress reporting.
- Coach team members on Agile frameworks and guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity.
- Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and coordinate team and external communications.
- Support Program Increment planning and dependency coordination across Cyber teams.
- Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards and maintain a productive, transparent working environment.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with Agile and Scrum delivery.
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, backlog management, facilitation, and cross-team coordination.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and RMF delivery contexts, plus strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Advanced degree or advanced Agile certification such as A-CSM, PSM II, or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Experience with cyber or DevSecOps programs, software factory environments, metrics, status reporting, and multiple concurrent teams.
