HR Specialist (EOR)

Location: Italy (Remote-First)

Annual gross base salary: EUR 44,000–50,000, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations as the primary HR contact.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, sensitive meetings, and legally sound documentation.
• Advise clients on benefits, compliance, workforce planning, employment contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Build relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR legal advisors, and mobility partners.
• Provide in-country HR expertise on labor laws and cultural practices across Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy.
• Lead compliance governance, process optimization, automation, AI adoption, and global HR improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Fluent Italian and English required.
• Deep expertise in labor laws and employment regulations across Southern Europe, especially Italy.
• Experience supporting complex employee relations matters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, Slack, or similar collaboration tools.

• Experience working across additional Southern European countries.
