Senior Cost Manager MEP (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Analyse cost reports and review findings with senior management.
• Prepare budgets through detailed cost modelling and benchmarking analysis.
• Manage project costs against budget, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor financial close-out and vendor settlements across projects.
• Oversee commercial change management, change evaluation, and procurement from RFP through project delivery.
• Lead commercial risk management and review portfolio cash flow and earned value analytics.

Requirements

• Extensive cost management experience, preferably in consultancy or an MEP contractor environment.
• Experience working on large and complex projects.
• Understanding of MEP systems and ability to read services drawings and schematics.
• RICS chartered status or progress toward completing the qualification.
• Degree or comparable qualification in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CostX, or other estimating software.
