Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid with approximately 50% onsite attendance

What you will do

  • Coordinate FAA/EASA-approved borescope inspection and aircraft maintenance activities.
  • Review bookings, allocate authorized Certifying Staff, and prepare, approve, and distribute work packages and Job Cards.
  • Communicate with customers, operators, authorities, onsite teams, and internal stakeholders throughout service delivery.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, site access, equipment preparation, and facility support for inspectors and Certifying Staff.
  • Review and archive completed maintenance records and monitor training, compliance, calibration, and document-control records.
  • Support customer proposals, quotations, project invoicing, monthly payroll coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in aviation, engineering, technical studies, business operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least three years of experience in maintenance coordination, production coordination, planning, maintenance administration, or a similar aviation role.
  • Experience coordinating maintenance or inspection activities in a regulated environment and working with technical documentation, maintenance records, and operational work packages.
  • Strong organizational, communication, computer literacy, and attention-to-detail skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work a rotating 4-on/4-off pattern with early and late day shifts and approximately 50% onsite attendance in Dublin.

Nice to have

  • Experience with FAA, EASA, Part-145, continuing airworthiness, or aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Experience coordinating borescope inspections or aircraft engine maintenance activities.
  • Knowledge of approved maintenance data, aircraft maintenance processes, and certification requirements.
  • Experience with training, compliance, calibration, document control, payroll, invoicing, proposals, or SharePoint.
  • Experience working with customers, regulatory authorities, and operational stakeholders in aviation.
