What you will do

• Lead and coach a department team to deliver strong customer service, standards, product availability, and shopping experiences.
• Deliver department KPIs and make daily decisions that support colleagues.
• Plan seasonal, promotional, and trade-driving activities to achieve sales and presentation objectives.
• Deliver training plans, validate colleague capability, and maintain up-to-date training records.
• Ensure department processes, routines, systems, and safe and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide coaching, feedback, objectives, reviews, and career discussions while encouraging innovation and personal growth.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Experience delivering objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Adaptable, resilient, and confident in making decisions in challenging environments.
• Ability to act as the main point of contact for department queries and influence at a senior level.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
