Line Manager - South Dublin (Retail)

Location: South Dublin, Ireland; onsite retail role with 39 working hours per week.

Salary: from €37,500 per year, plus a bonus scheme.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a department team to deliver strong customer service, product availability, and shopping standards.
• Deliver department KPIs and make daily decisions that support colleagues and store performance.
• Plan seasonal, trade-driving, and promotional activities to maximize sales and presentation.
• Deliver training plans, validate colleagues for their roles, and keep training records current.
• Maintain accurate department processes, routines, systems, and safe and legal standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback, objectives, career discussions, and development support across the store.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer and colleague focus with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Adaptability, resilience, sound decision-making, and the ability to influence at a senior level.
• Ability to act as the main point of contact for department queries.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
