Division Manager (Space Technologies)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary workforce of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, security managers, acquisition professionals, and business support personnel.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, career development, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee administration, including timecard approval, personnel actions, corrective action plans, and staffing initiatives.
• Engage Radiance leadership and government stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate technical and business teams to deliver accurate, timely, mission-focused program outputs and status reports.
• Drive operational excellence across SETA support for science and technology, modernization, rapid prototyping, cybersecurity, security management, and program operations.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience supporting Department of Defense programs.
• Experience with Army modernization, science and technology projects, rapid prototyping, DoD program management processes, and SETA operations.
• Experience operating in classified environments and supporting sensitive government programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting technology centers or research laboratories.
• Demonstrated success leading matrixed teams.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, systems engineering, and acquisition program support functions.
