Technical Program Manager (Offensive Cyber and RF)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end offensive cyber and RF-related projects.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, deliverables, performance metrics, and operational risks.
• Provide technical guidance on offensive cyber methodologies, tools, and operational planning.
• Coordinate cybersecurity specialists, RF engineers, developers, and researchers across disciplines.
• Communicate program goals, technical progress, risks, and challenges to clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to long-term strategy, innovation, partnerships, and technology implementation in offensive cyber and RF domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in offensive cyber operations, including red teaming, exploit development, or vulnerability research.
• Experience managing complex technical programs.
• Expertise in offensive cyber tools and frameworks, with familiarity in vulnerability research and reverse engineering.
• Understanding of RF hardware and technologies, including antennas, SDR devices, signal analysis tools, and spectrum monitoring platforms.
• TS/SCI clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with end-to-end hardware-software integration.
• Experience productizing technology.
