Graduate Quantity Surveyor (Water Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support the commercial team and assist Quantity Surveyors with estimating and controlling construction project costs.
• Assess subcontractor applications and process payments.
• Support potential commercial negotiations and resolve commercial issues.
• Assist the work-winning team with tender applications.
• Help prepare monthly valuations, reports, and variations while working with internal colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Good organisation, time management, and communication skills.
• Driving licence, or active progress toward obtaining one.
• Awareness of NEC contracts.
• Available to start full-time by October or November 2026 at the latest.
