Product Designer - Web (AI)

Location: Los Angeles, United States

Salary: $180,000–$235,000 annually, depending on experience and fit; equity and benefits are additional.

What you will do

• Own the marketing site end to end, from concepts through production-ready specifications across homepages, product pages, pricing, campaigns, templates, SEO pages, signup, and onboarding.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Web Engineering to define what to test and deliver high-impact web experiences.
• Design and ship A/B tests, form hypotheses, define success metrics, analyze results, and apply learnings.
• Improve top-of-funnel conversion, signup, first-run experiences, activation, and the connection between the site and retention.
• Create visual concepts, motion, storytelling, mobile-first layouts, and responsive experiences.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent AI tools to prototype in code and produce shippable web pages while maintaining the design system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing and shipping modern software and web experiences; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered.
• Production experience designing marketing sites focused on conversion and performance.
• Product design experience working with product managers and engineers on shipped features.
• Fluency in metrics-driven design, A/B testing, conversion rate, activation, retention, and funnel analysis.
• Strong visual design, systems thinking, mobile and responsive design, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools and the ability to produce production-grade web output.
