Creator Commerce Expert (Fashion Retail)

What you will do

• Build and scale an always-on commercial creator program connected to product discovery, content, and sales.
• Recruit, onboard, segment, activate, and develop a scalable community of creators.
• Own the creator activation calendar across product launches, campaigns, and key commercial moments.
• Develop creator communications, product recommendations, briefs, product seeding, and participation mechanics.
• Manage affiliate commissions, performance incentives, gifting, and selective paid collaborations.
• Monitor creator, content, traffic, and sales performance while optimizing the program and its operating model.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creator commerce, influencer affiliate, or creator-led ecommerce programs.
• Proven ownership of building, launching, or significantly scaling creator or influencer affiliate programs with commercial results.
• Hands-on experience recruiting, activating, and developing creator communities at scale.
• Experience with creator compensation models, including gifting, affiliate commissions, performance incentives, and paid collaborations.
• Experience with creator commerce or affiliate platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, CreatorIQ, Rakuten, or similar tools, plus performance data and attribution frameworks beyond last-click conversion.
