What you will do
- Supervise the production of authentic Chinese cuisine in collaboration with the Executive Chef team.
- Design, develop, and present new Chinese menu concepts according to customer needs.
- Manage, support, train, evaluate, and coach the kitchen team.
- Plan daily production schedules while maintaining quality, efficiency, and food cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, critical control points, health and safety, food safety, and legal requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products and maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Passion for authentic Chinese cuisine and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Previous experience as a Specialist Chinese Chef or in a similar high-end fresh food environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and team-motivation skills.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
