Lounge Supervisor (Hospitality)

Location: Heathrow Airport, United Kingdom; on-site role

What you will do

• Manage front-of-house lounge operations while the lounge is open and participate in food and beverage service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, Lounge Manager, supervisors, laundry, and other operational partners.
• Manage staff rosters, timesheets, payroll administration, training, and performance management.
• Order food, drinks, cleaning supplies, linen, and other operational items.
• Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues affecting passenger experience.
• Complete daily audits, maintain stock control, and ensure food temperatures comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• At least three years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop staff while delegating tasks effectively.
• Strong guest-service, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling schedules, priorities, and operational demands.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, financial reporting, menu offerings, beverage pairings, and food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and operational situations.
