Radiology Technologist CDH Interventional Labs Full-time Days Sign-on Bonus Available (Interventional Radiology)

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States. Onsite, full-time day shift with on-call coverage for emergent cardiac, interventional radiology, and neurointerventional radiology procedures; response within 30 minutes or less is required.

Salary: $38.35–$53.69 per hour. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is paid in three installments.

What you will do

• Provide safe patient care before, during, and after interventional procedures, including assessment of clinical data, allergies, history, and laboratory values.
• Prepare sterile tables, position and drape patients, maintain aseptic technique, and assist with room cleaning and turnover.
• Scrub and circulate during diagnostic and advanced procedures in at least one area such as cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, neurointerventional radiology, or electrophysiology.
• Operate imaging systems and accessory devices, evaluate clinical images and data, complete post-processing, and maintain accurate procedural documentation and supply charges.
• Provide vascular sheath management, assist with patient transport and positioning, and support procedural scheduling and inventory management.
• Respond to equipment issues, maintain work areas, follow radiation safety standards, and provide emergency on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program or hold an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences.
• ARRT certification and Illinois Emergency Management Agency licensure.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS through the American Heart Association within six months of hire.
• Ability to work onsite in Winfield, Illinois and respond to emergent procedures within 30 minutes or less when on call.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in an active interventional cardiac cath, NeuroIR, IR, or EP laboratory.
• Bachelor of Science degree.
