What you will do

• Perform radiography procedures according to American Society of Radiologic Technologists practice standards and code of ethics.
• Produce radiographic images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed independent practitioner.
• Assist licensed practitioners with interventional procedures.
• Work under the direction of staff radiologic technologists.
• Complete annual mandatory education on time.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a formal Radiological Technologist training program at an AMA-approved school.
• Obtain a temporary Medical Imaging license after graduating from the formal training program.
• Obtain BLS qualification during the orientation period and maintain it throughout employment.
