Radiology Technologist (Cath Lab)

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; onsite day shift with on-call coverage and a requirement to respond within 30 minutes for emergent procedures.

Salary: $38.35–$53.69 per hour; $15,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments.

What you will do

• Provide patient care and prepare patients for interventional procedures, including reviewing clinical data, allergies, laboratory values, and medical history.
• Set up sterile tables, maintain aseptic technique, position and drape patients, and assist with room cleaning and turnover.
• Scrub and circulate during diagnostic and advanced procedures in cath lab, interventional radiology, neurointerventional radiology, or electrophysiology.
• Operate imaging systems and accessory devices, review clinical data and images, complete documentation, and process post-procedure images.
• Manage supplies and specialized inventory, report equipment issues, and support procedure scheduling and manual updates.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergent cardiac, interventional radiology, and neurointerventional radiology procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences.
• ARRT certification and IEMA licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association within six months of hire.
• Ability to work onsite in Winfield, Illinois, and respond within 30 minutes when on call.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in an active interventional cardiac cath, NeuroIR, IR, or EP lab.
• Bachelor of Science degree.
